CRUNCHY POPCORN KÖTTBULLAR

The crunchy popcorn Köttbullar are very suitable as finger food. So they're perfect for eating in front of the TV at home or the big screen at a public viewing.

Ingredients

  • 50g Popcorn Corn Butterfly
  • 2 tbsp popcorn oil
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g breadcrumbs
  • butter
  • 2 tbsp Popcorn preparation BBQ
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 glass of cranberries

The popcorn is prepared in the usual way without sugar or salt and then chopped up in a blender.

Chop the onion and sauté in a little butter until translucent, add the minced meat to the pan and sauté. Then put in a bowl with the milk, the 2 eggs, the breadcrumbs, the crushed popcorn and the spices and mix everything together.

With moistened hands, form balls as small as possible from the mass. These are then seared on all sides in a little butter in a pan.

Serve cranberries as a sauce for dipping and “god aptit”!
