I want to cancel my order. How does it work?

If you want to cancel your order, send us an email to info@popcornloop.com with your request within the 14-day cancellation period.

Was my order process successful?

An order confirmation is sent by e-mail with every order. If you can't find it in the inbox, the mail filter might have put it in the spam folder. Alternatively, orders can also be viewed on the website in the login area under the menu item "Profile & Orders".

Are orders from abroad also possible?

Yes, international orders are possible.
We deliver to the following delivery countries:

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Monaco, Switzerland.
If you would like a Popcornloop delivered to a country that is not listed, please send us an email to info@popcornloop.com.

Can I change details in my order later?

Yes! If you would like to make custom changes to your order, please email us at info@popcornloop.com.

How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs within Germany are €4.90. From an order value of €30.00, shipping is free. The shipping costs outside of Germany vary depending on the country.

What payment options are there?

There are different payment methods: PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, credit card or payment in advance.

My PayPal payment failed. What now?

Try to initiate your PayPal payment again. In your personal order overview (you must be logged in to do this), click on the order number and then on the “Pay now – PayPal” button.

When are products available again after bottlenecks and how is this communicated?

Our products are currently available without restrictions. If this is not the case, you will be informed of this directly on the respective product page.

My order by mail has not yet arrived. What now?

First of all, all important questions need to be clarified: Was the order ordered/paid on time? Have five working days already passed? Did you enter the correct delivery address? Have we perhaps given you updated information on possible delivery delays?
If none of the above is the cause of the non-delivery, just email us at info@popcornloop.com and we'll be happy to help!

Do I have to accept cookies?

Yes, they are required for the login process and the shopping cart.

How do I subscribe or unsubscribe to the newsletter?

You can subscribe to or unsubscribe from the newsletter in the footer area on the homepage.

Which pots can I use for the popcorn loop?

The size of the pot doesn't matter because the cotton hood of our loop is elastic and stretchy. However, it is very important that the pot is not coated. A thick-bottomed pan is best for making popcorn.

What corn should I use for the popcorn loop?

We recommend our gold-quality Popcornloop corn, which is two quality levels above standard corn. We offer two different varieties: butterfly corn and mushroom corn. The two differ only in their shape. Both varieties are perfect for making popcorn.

Which oil is best for making popcorn?

A high-heatable cooking oil or clarified butter is suitable for the preparation with the popcorn loop. We take our Popcornloop popcorn oil.

How do I clean the popcorn loop?

The popcorn loop's cotton hood is removable and can be cleaned by hand or in a 30-degree wash cycle. You can wash the stainless steel fork by hand or simply put it in the dishwasher.
