This recipe is from our inventor Murat personally, because popcorn can not only be sweet and salty! He came up with a delicacy from his home country, Turkey: Popcorn Dürüm. This “kebab” is vegetarian and contains his favorite snack: popcorn! For all hearty connoisseurs who still don't want to do without popcorn, this is just the thing.

  • 40g Popcorn Corn Butterfly
  • 2-3 tbsp popcorn oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Half Onion
  • 3 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 4 tortillas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tea spoons Popcorn preparation BBQ
  • 200 g ready-to-eat mixed salad of your choice
  • 1 tsp dried mint

First the popcorn as usual with the popcorn loop without sugar and salt, while doing that popcorn oil use. Then finely grind the popcorn in the blender and place in a bowl.

Then peel the garlic and onion. Wash the tomatoes and remove the stalks. Cut two tomatoes into thin slices and set aside. Now squeeze the lemon.

Roughly chop the remaining tomatoes and half the onion and blend in a blender along with the garlic, tomato paste, olive oil, salt and mint. The entire mass is then poured over the popcorn and mixed well.

Finally spread half of the tortillas with the mixture. Spread the lettuce and tomato slices on top, drizzle with lemon juice and roll up the flat cakes from the topped side and the popcorn dürüm is ready!

Tip: Season the popcorn with our after crushing Popcorn preparation BBQ to get even more flavor and intensity! We wish you a good appetite!
