SMOKED SALMON POPCORN MUFFINS

The reason we're all such huge popcorn(loop) fans is because popcorn is so wonderfully versatile and diverse. Today we have selected a very special "delicacy" for you: The recipe for delicious smoked salmon popcorn muffins - you have to get the idea first, don't you? But we can assure you: It simply tastes great! Try it yourself!

FOR 6 PIECES

INGREDIENTS SMOKED SALMON POPCORN MUFFINS

  • 1 roll of puff pastry (from the refrigerated section)
  • 1 small bunch of spring onions
  • Wasabi Paste
  • 6 slices of smoked salmon
  • 50g Popcorn loop popcorn corn

PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a 6 cup muffin pan with butter. Roll out the puff pastry and cut out large squares so that the hollows of the mold are completely lined and still overhang.

Clean and wash the spring onions. Finely chop the green onions. Spread the puff pastry with a little wasabi paste and sprinkle with spring onions. Top each with a slice of salmon. Fold over the edge of the dough.

Prepare the popcorn as usual with the popcorn loop, but without salt or sugar.

Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Remove and serve immediately sprinkled with popcorn. Voila! Yummy, yummy, yummy and sure to be a hit on any dinner table or party buffet!
