With this delicious, fresh strawberry popcorn yoghurt you start the spring fruity and crispy! Finally there are fresh fruits and light snacks again - with the Popcornloop you can easily prepare your own, healthy, light spring snack!
Ingredients for strawberry popcorn yogurt
- 1 tbsp popcorn oil by choice
- 20g Popcorn Corn Butterfly
- 100 g yoghurt of your choice (e.g. natural, soy or coconut yoghurt)
- approx. 200 g fresh strawberries
- optional: 1 tbsp sweetener of your choice (e.g. honey, sugar, agave syrup)
First put the oil in an uncoated saucepan. Add the corn kernels until the bottom of the pot is covered with kernels. Stir the oil and corn kernels to coat the corn in the oil. Set the stove to the highest level.
Now that Place the Popcornloop stirrer in the pot and put the hood over the pot - move the pot back and forth again so that the grains are evenly distributed on the bottom. At the sound of the popping corn kernels, begin stirring and reduce the heat. Shake the pot back and forth from time to time. Continue stirring until the last corn kernels have popped open. Shake the pot vigorously, remove from the heat and pour the popcorn into a bowl.
Then blend half of the popped popcorn so that it turns into fine popcorn powder. Cut the strawberries into small pieces and cover the bottom of the glass with part, puree the rest. Then mix with the yoghurt and the mixed popcorn and add a tablespoon of sweetener to taste.
Put 3 - 4 tablespoons of strawberry popcorn yoghurt in the glass. Fill the glass with the remaining popped popcorn and decorate with strawberry pieces. Voila!
