INGREDIENTS CHOCOLATE PEANUT POPCORN
- 100 g popcorn (preferably our Popcorn Corn Butterfly use)
- 150 g peanuts (optional)
- 150 grams of sugar
- 60 ml corn syrup (available in health food stores or well-stocked supermarkets)
- 20 grams of cocoa powder
- 125g butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
1st step: First the popcorn as usual with the popcorn loop prepare.
Step 2: Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 120 degrees and oil a baking tray.
Step 3: Then put the popped popcorn and the peanuts (amount as you like) in a large bowl and set aside. Then heat the sugar, corn syrup, cocoa powder and butter in a small saucepan until the mixture boils. Cook for two minutes. Now stir in the vanilla extract and pour everything over the popcorn. Stir well and spread the glazed popcorn on the baking sheet.
Step 4: Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, turning the popcorn several times.
Step 5: Finally, take the popcorn out of the oven and let it cool down a bit. The delicious, sweet snack is ready!
