VEGAN POPCORN COOKIES

The first recipe out our brand new recipe book: vegan popcorn cookies! This is a recipe of ours love Judith Williams, who pays special attention to health and a slim figure when cooking and baking. That means: Here you can feast to your heart's content!

FOR 20 PIECES

INGREDIENTS VEGAN POPCORN COOKIES

  • 40g Popcorn loop popcorn corn
  • 2-3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 130 g dried dates without stone

PREPARATION

First the popcorn with the popcorn loop Prepare according to the instructions, but without adding salt or sugar. Use coconut oil instead of regular cooking oil.

Preheat the oven to 170°C. While the oven is heating up, peel the ripe bananas and mash them in a bowl using a fork. Finely chop the dates and popcorn together in the blender, add to the bowl with the bananas and mix well.

Using a tablespoon, place the dough in portions onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread out into round cookies. Bake the cookies in the oven for about 10 minutes. Once cool, remove from parchment paper and serve! 

PS: enjoy it! You only eat 49 calories per piece!
